I began my career with Halifax as a cashier. I was promoted to various roles within the Halifax and became based in Manchester City Centre looking after and underwriting mortgage applications. Following this I moved to a private mortgage broker company based in Rochdale and became their Office Manager with responsibility for their advisers and administration staff.
In 2010 I joined a larger financial services company gained my Ce- Map qualification and have been advising clients on mortgages and protection ever since.
I am also recently qualified as an Equity release adviser and have joined the Equity release council.
During March 2020 I set up my own company ‘Kays Mortgage Solutions’ and throughout this change I have maintained the practice’s core principal of delivering high quality advice, honesty and integrity.

I joined Kays Mortgage Solutions in April 2021 as a Mortgage Administrator and Personal Assistant to Kay. I have been working in the financial services industry for the past 10 years and have recently gained my CeMAP qualification which enables me to now offer clients on mortgage and protection advise. I am extremely passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and objectives and pride myself on high levels of customer service guaranteeing my client the highest quality of advise.

I have recently joined Kays Mortgage Solutions as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. I started my career working for the Lloyds Banking Group where I gained my CeMAP qualification over 20 years ago. After a short break I am keen to return to the industry. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their needs and objectives by tailoring my services to suit their individual requirements. I am committed to offering my clients guidance and re assurance in the volatile world we live in today.
